News: Solutions On Stage Supplies St Peter’s Church of England Primary with New Sennheiser Microphones

As a company, we not only work with hundreds of individual schools, colleges and universities across the UK but also several trust groups. This includes the Lighthouse Schools Partnership where we supply the inspection and testing of all the technical equipment within the performance spaces of their 29 primary schools and four secondary schools, based throughout North Somerset and Bath and North East Somerset. 

One of these includes St Peter’s Church of England Primary in Portishead. Following a previous inspection, our team delivered a complete service of their existing audio system within their performance space and rectified this so it was up to industry-standards. That said, their radio microphones still weren’t giving them the amplification they required. As such, they asked the team at Solutions On Stage to supply these – with the stipulations being they had to be integrated within their current sound system as well as be delivered for an upcoming show in just two weeks’ time. 

The team at Solutions On Stage suggested the Sennheiser EW-D ME3 microphones. The ME3 range is an all-in-one digital wireless lavalier set, designed specifically for singing and speaking applications, and its versatile and feature-rich wireless system allows for seamless product pairing. The headsets in particular make them incredibly user-friendly for the students.

Once the school decided to invest in the EW-Ds, the system was then installed on-site by Solutions On Stage’s expert team. Setting up the mixing desk in its entirety, as well as building a radio mic rack, they even found the student with the quietest voice to ensure they could be heard!
