Ensuring the safety and functionality of any performance space is paramount.

Performance spaces place unusual demands on buildings — suspended loads, heavy equipment, frequent use, and ongoing alterations over time. A structural survey helps you confirm what’s safe, identify risks early, and plan repairs or upgrades with confidence.

Delivered by experienced structural engineers, our Structural Surveys deliver a comprehensive evaluation of the key components of your space, including stage floors, fly floors, lifting points, and structural elements such as steelwork and timber supports.

You’ll receive a clear report outlining findings, areas of concern, and recommendations. Where required, we can advise on next steps and often support delivery of remedial works through our wider engineering services.

A vital part of our Structural Surveys is the level of customer service we offer. As a company, we go above and beyond to ensure our customers experience the most helpful, transparent and seamless process possible. With this in mind, our friendly, knowledgable customer service team will support you with:

  • Once your survey is scheduled, our system will send automated reminders including engineer details and DBS.
  • Following the last day of any survey, our automated system will send an email letting you know if everything went well and is safe for continued use.
  • If we do find something that requires urgent attention, our customer service team will be in contact to discuss this with you.
  • Our reports are sent via email as well as uploaded to dedicated customer portal where you can access all your previous inspection reports.
