As Co-founder and Managing Director of Solutions On Stage, Gareth oversees the company’s strategic direction and is heavily involved with the services it offers on a day-to-day basis.

With over 34 years’ experience in the technical entertainment industry, Darren’s role as Technical Director sees him involved in all areas of the business; in particular the compliance-related services and offerings.

Coming from a project management background, Rebecca’s role as Customer Service Specialist is to oversee the company’s daily logistics, ensuring all staff, equipment and vehicles are in the right place at the right time.

As Sales Manager, Luke’s role sees him work with venues across the UK to build long-term working relationships and introduce them to the plethora of services that Solutions on Stage can offer.
